Make an order – is easy:

– Decide with the furniture that you are ready to buy 
– Add it to the cart
– If you looking for modular systems, then add to cart all the selected items
– Go to your cart, click on the link to place an order. This link should appear in the upper right
   corner of the screen after adding items in the cart.
– Customize your order by entering your detailed information
– Click the “Checkout” button

Payment for purchase:
All payments should be made via PayPal. We are happy to accept PayPal for all purchases
made at Acedecore.com. PayPal enables you to make purchases without revealing your credit card
number or financial information. You can choose to pay for your Acedecore.com purchase using
your PayPal account instead of your credit card or check or other method of payment.

Rules Unique to PayPal Purchases

Because of the unique nature of PayPal purchases, some standard Buy.com
rules are a little different if you pay using PayPal.
• If you make a purchase using PayPal, your account is charged before your product is shipped.
• The Ship-To address on your order must be a PayPal ′verified address.′ Please make sure your account
  with PayPal lists your Ship-To address as a verified address. If it is not, your order will be cancelled 
  automatically and you will be notified by email.
• When you make a purchase using PayPal, you are momentarily connected to the PayPal web site
  during our checkout procedure via encrypted secure connection. You must complete your transaction
  at the PayPal site and return to your Buy.com checkout procedure to complete your order.
  If you don′t, you will be notified by email. You can return to the checkout procedure at any time within 3 hours
  to complete your transaction or to switch your transaction to some other method of payment.
  However, if you do not return to complete your transaction within 3 hours, your order will be automatically
  cancelled and you will be notified by email.
• Because of the unique nature of PayPal, you cannot split your method of payment between PayPal
  and any other method of payment (Unacceptable examples: PayPal and Visa or PayPal and personal check
  or PayPal and gift certificate.) Coupons will still work like they do for all other methods of payment.
• PayPal orders do not work with gift certificates. You can either pay with PayPal or you can use your gift
  certificate with some other method of payment.

My Account
Completed PayPal orders are displayed in your MyAccount just like orders made with other methods of payment.
However, your PayPal order might take a little while to appear in your MyAccount. If your order does not
immediately appear in your MyAccount, please visit your MyAccount again in about an hour to view your order.

Credits
If your order is cancelled or you need a refund for some reason, we will generally follow the same procedure
as for other methods of payment. Your credit request will be reviewed and, if approved, a credit will be sent to
PayPal to be applied to your account. PayPal will process the credit in between 2-5 business days.

One difference unique to PayPal should be noted if we apply more than one credit to your PayPal account:

2. The second credit and any subsequent credits are applied directly to your PayPal balance and are not clearly
    attached to your Acedecore.com order. You can still track the credit in your account, but it might not be as obvious.

Furniture casings are made from qualitative, pollution-free wood chip boards of E-1 Egger class, covered by
decorative film with finishing effect of wide color spectrum. Different front views, including frame, medium density
fiberboard, soft forming are used. The furniture is equipped with reliable furniture accessories.
We are located at 5726 1st Avenue, Brooklyn, USA 11220. Our warehouse occupy more than 40,000 square
feet that allow us to keep everything in stock.

The Rules

• Within 10 days of receipt of your order, you may return all unused items ordered from "Ace Decore" for a full refund minus a 20% re-stocking charge for all items except for the following:
• We do not refund shipping & handling charges.
• All items returned must be in as shipped condition within the original box. If any product has been installed – it can not be returned.
• Please open all boxes immediately and check for contents and damage. We must know within 3 days upon your receiving products of any damage/problems.
• If the packaging appears damaged on the outside, please refuse to accept it from the carrier; or please make sure that when you sign the shippers proof-of-delivery slip that you include a note stating that the package is/appears damaged. If you do accept a damaged shipment, please inform us immediately. We do expect you to deal with the carrier in that case. If you prefer for us to deal with the carrier, we must know within 3 days of your receipt of the product that it was damaged. Also, if there was any internal (non-visible) damage, this should be reported to the carrier (or to us) within 3 days of receiving the product.
• Any item returned with out a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) or any items that were "Refused Delivery" and sent back will have an extra 15% restocking charge. So please contact us before you send any products back!
• Any order shipped with free shipping will be billed for shipping if the item is returned.
• Credits occur twice a month – generally near the 15th and 30th of the month
• If an item was shipped in error – we will refund you the total amount of your order.

Refund

You must contact us via email, the "Contact Us" button or via the phone below for authorization to return items. Without a proper authorization – items returned to us – will not be accepted. Also, we will need to give you our return shipping address and a return authorization code.

Don′t send any items back to Ace Decore unless you get an authorization code, shipping information and shipping address.
If you do – you may send the return to the wrong warehouse and we may not be able to know that it was returned.
